Miami Hurricanes junior shortstop
Jake Ogden was named to the 2025 Brooks Wallace Award Watch Checklist, the School Baseball Basis introduced Friday.
The award is offered yearly to the nation’s prime shortstop and is known as in honor of former Texas Tech standout Brooks Wallace, who performed for the Pink Raiders from 1977 to 1980. Wallace died of leukemia at age 27.
